These terms apply to the Personal Growth Programme and any other coaching services offered by The School of Growth ("we," "us"), operated by Tanja, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. By booking a session or programme, you agree to these terms.
Our sessions are coaching, not medical or psychological treatment. We draw on a background in psychology and mental healthcare, but coaching is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or crisis support. If you are in crisis or need clinical mental health support, please contact your GP, a licensed therapist, or a crisis service.
Every programme starts with a free, no-obligation 30-minute introduction call. Booking this call does not commit you to the programme. If we agree to move forward together, you'll receive details on scheduling, payment, and the programme structure before your first paid session.
The full price of the Personal Growth Programme is €720 for 6 sessions (€120 per session). Payment terms — including whether payment is made upfront, per session, or in instalments — will be confirmed with you individually before the programme begins.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may not be refunded or rescheduled, except in genuine emergencies.
You are free to stop the programme at any point. Sessions already completed are non-refundable; any sessions paid for but not yet used will be discussed and settled fairly on a case-by-case basis.
What you share during sessions is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session or programme.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you book applies to your programme.
